When it comes to customer service we know a thing or two! We’ve been here, serving and caring for our customers for 8 years. Previously as Thai Harbour, our customers know what it’s like to be immediately put at ease. A special, welcome, the personal touch, fussed over but not interrupted, listened to and remembered, given a little special treatment for that important occasion, generally bothered with. It’s what we’re about. Visibly high standards, good ambience, the right music, it’s all part of the experience. Mediocrity is not in our vocabulary. If mistakes are made we respond and change, adapt and rectify, no one is perfect, but that is the standard we aim for. Every time. The Starvin Marvin “...Big House grill, exrtra chips, onion rings, oh yeh, an extra coleslaw, and none of that salad stuff and can you change the rump to a T Bone” Mind, he’ll get a shock when he sees our onion rings, one can hardly get one’s finger through the centre) or the more refined diner, “ Ladies 5 oz fillet please, a portion of roasted vegetables and salad.” (probably on a low fat, gluten free diet...no problem) Vegetarian?
